Is there a way to save a SoapUI project to the the EOL is CR LF instead of just LF ?

Is there a way to save a SoapUI project to the the EOL is CR LF instead of just LF ?   We have to edit this each time we save a project file or we have an issue when we check our project into git.   Thanks for any help - we are using SoapUI Pro 5.1.2.
