Oracle database Connection Configuration issue

I need to connect to Oracle database to run sql queries from SOAPUI Pro within Ready!API. 

I selected  oracle Thin/oracle.jdbc.driver.oracleDriver in Database Configuration.

However, I have to enter service-name instead of SID, but I donot see that option in dbase configuration settings. Please help
