I'm unable to upload another user's TFS shelveset to a code review. Using the Desktop GUI I can list the shelveset by adding shelveset_name;other_username however when I click finish I get an error that shelveset_name;my_username does not exist.
I have tried the command line client too and get the same error that shelveset_name;my_username doesn't exist.
Is there a way to get around this issue?
