TestCase Level- How to get the Requrements Tab element values

1. From the test case level ,i populate some requirements in the Test Case's right side Requirements Tab, how can i get these requirements in my plugin code ? Like requirement ID,name,short description and status ....
2. From the test case level ,just as i mentioned in last post, how can I add a new tab beside the "Test Case Description" Tab , i want to add a new table called Expected Result for Test Case View?
