Unable to access Chrome's control after configure.

Dear all,

I have configured Chrome and TC as suggested. But I could not access Chrome's control via the Object spy.

I got the error message "Message - TestComplete Chrome Extension is not Installed or is Disabled."

Computer: 

 1- Win7, 64 bit

 2- Chrome 46.0.2490.80 m (64-bit) or Chrome 45.

TestComplete: 11.11.1064.7
