Help with MS Ribbon

Hello,

I am trying to perform some task in the Outlook 2010 ribbon. For testing purposes, I am just trying to similate clicking on - View | Reverse Sort.

The article 71394 (link below) appears to be exactly what I'm looking for (only it's using mspaint). But it appears to stop at "Waiting for Form" - and I get the error --> "Unable to find the object Form(Untitled - Paint)"

It doesn't matter if I use "new mode" or "conpatabiltiy mode" - Am I missing something? Is there a pre-requisite I need to enable? Any help would be appriciated?
